This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Whitford in Winter designed by Tracey Marvel Kramer shows an old Victorian inn from my dreams sitting on a hill framed with large snow-covered pines. The inn is close to a ski resort and attracts people from miles around. Whitford is beautiful year round, but is most inviting during the season of winter when everything is covered with a blanket of snow. The puffy clouds against the dense blue sky add further allure to this miniature castle, and all who come are welcome. The food and delicious desserts served at the inn are legendary and keep the public's tongues wagging for more, and every accommodation is made to satisfy to keep you coning back for more! It's the ideal and I only wish it were real. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
