If you do not find our patterns satisfactory to your liking, you may simply return them within 30 days for a refund; however, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied against your refund. Also, the pattern must be returned in mint condition and placed in an envelope with cardboard reinforcement with the notice “DO NOT BEND” on the outside of the envelope to protect the pattern. A lot of time and preparation goes into putting kits together for my customers, and it’s something I do out of love and appreciation for my customers. Let me explain the process. First, all informational materials such as instructions, wash and care, etc. are gathered, printed and collated in the proper order. Next, the floss requirements are purchased and are pre-cut to just the proper length for stitching. They are then sorted and placed on floss cards for your convenience. Some of the kits have an abundance of colors (200+), so this process can sometimes take more time to ensure accuracy. The material (Aida cloth) you will stitch on is pre-cut to the perfect size allowing for the proper margins for framing. All materials are encased in plastic and padding to make sure they arrive clean and in good condition. Due to the amount of work that goes into processing the kits, this is the reason why they are nonrefundable. Nonrefundable means once you buy it, it cannot be returned and it’s yours to complete or gift to another stitcher.

If you make a request for us to do a custom-made pattern (i.e. a pattern made from an image that is not listed on our website and it is in the public domain), provide the image and we will check to make sure the mage is available for use free from any copyright restrictions. Once that is determined, full payment is required before we begin to create the pattern ($25 for ordinary images such as photographs of loved ones, landscapes of normal size (20w x 12h), images of friends, etc, and $39 for fine art image requests and large landscapes (larger than the above measurements). As soon as we receive payment, we will get to work on your request. Please Note: custom orders are nonrefundable.
