At Sunrays Creations, every pattern is designed with care and stitched with love before it ever reaches your hands. We stand behind our products — and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please don't hesitate to reach out.

30-Day Returns Accepted
We accept returns on printed patterns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your Sunrays Creations account, navigate to your Order History, locate the order, and select Request a Return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Damaged in Shipping Only
Full kits are generally final sale. However, if your kit arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, we will absolutely make it right.
If your kit was damaged in transit, please log in to your account, go to your Order History, and submit a return request within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the damage — photos are very helpful.
All Sales Final
Due to the instant digital nature of PDF pattern downloads, all PDF sales are final and non-refundable. Once a PDF has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned. Please review all pattern details, stitch counts, and finished size information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a pattern before you buy, we're always happy to help — just visit our Contact Us page.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Available return resolutions include: Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit — depending on the situation and your preference.
