This religious counted cross stitch pattern entitled Angel and Shepherd shows a beautiful presentation of an angel appearing to a small group of shepherds to tell them of the Christ child being born. It is night and there is a star shining bright in the distance as a sign of his birth, and if they follow that star they will surely find him. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
