This lighthouse counted cross stitch pattern entitled Wind Point Lighthouse shows a tall white lighthouse located in the State of Wisconsin in the Village of Wind Point. It stands 108 feet tall and was designed by Orlando Metcalfe Poe. The lighthouse is still being maintained to this day and it's building located next to it is currently being occupied by the local police headquarters. The facility actually underwent a major restoration over the tower section in 2007. This beautiful nautical treasure is open for touring and available for stitching! Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
