This vintage counted cross stitch pattern entitled A Trip Down Jack-O-Lantern Lane shows a small village with a meandering lane down the center that makes us eager to explore all of the colorful cottages with jack-o-lanterns galore. The houses are situated close together and staggered on a hill with blustering wind, blue skies and clouds that hardly remain still. This village is preparing for Halloween in a big way and really goes the extra mile, to celebrate and populate with pumpkins in true trick-or-treat style. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
