This fine art counted cross stitch pattern, entitled Almond Blossoms, designed from a painting by Iosif Evstafevich Krachkovsky, shows a beautiful almond tree and others behind it in full bloom with lavender blossoms. They are nestled together on the hillside of a large, established facade. The scene portrayed is natural scenic beauty at its finest. The lush greenness of the grass contrasts beautifully with the almond trees, and the variegated colors of the flower-covered hills in the background, blues and violets, coincide very well with the lavender hues of the blossoms. This is just the sort of pattern that reminds us of spring. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect. Our charts are in black and white only.
