This fantasy surreal counted cross stitch pattern entitled The Pregnant Plum designed by Tracey Marvel Kramer shows a sad, dejected and miserable looking plum who spends many hours in tears as she finds herself in a sad predicament of being pregnant by Mr. Peach. She and Mr. Peach had a whirlwind romance and he has left her high and plum dry with the exception of the bun in the oven which can now be called a “Prum.” Mr. Peach has gone on about his merry way and seems to have shown no interest in being a father to Prum, so the situation seems hopeless unless Mr. Peach has a change of heart. Let’s hope Mr. Peach comes to his senses and decides to marry Miss Plum. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
