This fantasy counted cross stitch pattern entitled Take the Fair Face of a Woman designed from a painting by Sophie Anderson shows a beautiful fairy with a butterfly garland in her hair holding something that is precious to her. Her curls are soft and flaxen in color and her wings are of golden gossamer. She stares at us protecting the beaded sachet that's in her hands. Although we know not what's in it, you can tell it is of great importance to her. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
