This vintage counted cross stitch pattern entitled A Sweet and Simple Christmas shows an adorable elfin girl dressed in holiday attire making a list of all the things she has yet to do in preparation for Christmas. She has just finished decorating her tree. As sparse as it may be, it looks charming to the eye. A clock is positioned in front of the tree, and a white bird and other creatures are perched on the tree branches. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect.
