This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Young Gypsies designed from a painting by William Adolphe Bouguereau shows two beautiful gypsy children or travelers with the older sister holding her younger sister. They are clothed in traditional clothing and are standing against a spectacular colorful landscape with purple, gray, brown and hints of carmine against a multicolored sky. The sky forms a frame around the children with white as the dominant color edged with shades of purple, gray and pink. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect
