This vintage counted cross stitch pattern entitled Winter Blitz shows a young lad enjoying a quick ride down a hill on his sled. He's trying to get as much sledding in before he hears his mother calling him home for dinner. Sledding was a favorite pastime in days of yore, and still is even today! Stitch this piece as a reminder of this fun sport. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect. Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
