This vintage counted cross stitch pattern entitled The Wrongly Snipped Hydrangeas shows a little girl with a mischievous look on her face holding a bundle of hydrangeas in various vibrant colors likely snipped from some avid gardener's flower bed. You can tell from the expression on her face and devil-may-care attitude that she knows she is in the wrong, but hopes to be able to slide by without anyone noticing the missing flowers. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect. Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
