This vintage counted cross stitch pattern entitled I've Got My Eye on that Butterfly shows a little boy running through a meadow of wildflowers trying to catch a butterfly that is hovering straight ahead. He is carrying over his shoulder a spray of blue wildflowers probably to take back to his dear mother. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
