This landscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled Tornado Brewing in the Cornfield designed by Tracey Marvel Kramer shows a lone farmhouse out in the open surrounded by fields of corn.  A gigantic whirlwind of stormy winds are swirling high above the house poised for potential destruction.  The winds themselves are in brilliant spectacular colors which make them exceedingly beautiful yet deadly.  Notice the arc of swirl that looks like it could very easily turn into a full blown EF5 tornado.  You can almost imagine the corn cowering in fear of being wiped out.  We are transfixed at the moment when all is quiet before storm.  People in the farmhouse hopefully have sought to take cover as the storm approaches.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
