This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Rocky Mountain Landscape designed from a painting by Albert Bierstadt shows a spectacular scene of the Rocky Mountains as the fog is rising at dawn, the mist is in the air, and the mountains soar to the clouds so that the entire scene takes your breath away.  One can can get an idea just how monumental and goliath the mountain range in this scene is by looking at the size of the deer which appear to be miniscule in comparison.  There is a small grove of trees near the lake that accentuates the beauty of the surrounding landscape, and the breadth of the mountains acts as a natural barrier from the outside world containing all that is in it.  This would be a masterpiece in its completion and should be placed in a place of distinction where it can be admired.  Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
