This Halloween counted cross stitch pattern entitled What a Spooktacular Evening! shows a Halloween atmosphere of delight as we see a winding brick pathway curving through the countryside and Jack-O-Lanterns flanked at the base of a large tree, with the other adjacent to it. It’s a full moon, and the wispy clouds have settled into the sky making an attempt to shield the moon from providing a moonlit night. Adding to the suspense, just imagine yourself walking down the path, and you can hear the faint howl of a lone wolf hiding out somewhere in the landscape to give you a scare when you walk by. Now that’s what makes this Halloween scene a spooktacular event! No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect.
