This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled My Favourites designed from a painting by Gyula Benczur shows a woman in her garden admiring her beautiful flowers which happen to be her favorites. The garden is fenced in with walls of shrubery, and on top of an elevated bed are a small group of tall sunflowers. The woman, herself, is dressed in a white head covering with a flowing yellow gown. Notice how she is handling her flowers cupping one large flower head tenderly. That is a sign that these flowers really mean a lot to her and are, in fact, her treasures. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
