This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Revelation designed from a painting by Gaston Bussiere shows Brunhilde, a heroic powerful figure from the Germanic era revealing herself to Sieglinde and Siegmund as they lay on a blanket on the forest floor. There is an army of ghost-like figures appearing behind Brunhilde prepared to do battle. The forest floor is weaving a tapestry of color throughout the scene and the tall trunks of trees stand like tall dark pillars. All of the colors used mesh very well together creating a charming appearance. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we only use an abundance of solid colors to produce a more realistic effect.
