This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled October Morning on the River designed from a painting by Emile Claus shows the brilliant colors of late fall. Although the tree has almost lost its leaves, the blue flowers are still in bloom and attract our gaze. A large shaggy tree looms in the distance next to low-lying shrubs in burnished bronze lining the riverbank. It's a sunny day there and all the fall colors seem to glisten and sparkle against the lemonade sky. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we only use an abundance of solid colors to produce a more realistic effect.
