This Easter counted cross stitch pattern entitled Lovely Spring Chicks shows two yellow chicks fairly young bathed in golden sunlight with sprigs of yellow wildflowers and buttercups growing around them. These chicks have the special ability to lay different colored eggs in traditional white, yellow and robin-egg blue. They are so sweet and innocent and remind us of the beauty of spring. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
