This Easter counted cross stitch pattern entitled A Groovy Easter Egg shows a very colorful Easter egg decorated with flowers and an egg within an egg all on a black background. The artwork is reminiscent of the flower patterns used decades ago by hippies. The darkness of the background really makes the colors come alive and sets the tone for spring. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. Instead, we use a variety of solid colors to achieve a more realistic effect. Our charts are in black and white only.
