This castle counted cross stitch pattern entitled Leeds Castle, England shows the lovely historic Leeds Castle on the River Len. It has been in existence since 1119, and in the 13th century it became the favorite residence of King Edward I. The castle was also used by King Henry VIII as a residence for his first wife, Catherine of Aragon. The style of architecture (Tudor style) that you see now was completed in 1823. Leeds Castle has been open to the public since 1976 and it's grounds have been enjoyed by many tourists. It would be an honor to stitch this legendary castle. No blended colors are used in our patterns. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect. Only full cross stitches are used in our designs.
