This fine art counted cross stitch pattern entitled Adam and Eve After the Fall designed from a painting by Jakob von Steinle shows Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden shortly after they had committed original sin by allowing themselves to be tempted to eat the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Notice how they are attempting to cover up their nakedness when before their sin, they were perfectly free and unashamed with walking around in their nakedness. Now that their world has been turned upside down from their actions, life for them will become harder. Although they have been banished from the garden, they still will not be without the love and help from the Father through prayer. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
