This landscape counted cross stitch pattern entitled The Glow of the Golden Raintrees shows a grove of Raintrees in a field flanked by rings of ice pink peonies. This scene is shortly after a rain, and all that the rain has touched is glistening. The trees have sturdy trunks and the plumes of feathery leaves burst forth like golden fireworks of color and gleam as the sun cascades light throughout the leaves that give them a look as if they were glowing. The sight is breathtaking! Both the trees and the flowers are cohabitating freely and are free to grow and live unfettered by man’s devices. All we can do is step back and admire such beauty. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns. No blended colors are used. We only use an abundance of solid colors as it produces a more realistic effect.
