This Charles White counted cross stitch pattern entitled Serenity designed from a painting by Charles White shows an idyllic pond with the color green as the dominant color full of texture and softness. The pond is surrounded by a large tree, a white flowering tree and grasses. In the distance you can see the faint pastel colors of smaller flowering trees located near a park bench. Now just imagine yourself sitting on that bench getting lost in a good book as you occasionally glance up at the mesmerizing scene before you, the beauty of the pond. It definitely has a tranquilizing effect where you could get lost in thought, lose track of time, but what a pleasant way to do it. Only full cross stitches are used in our patterns.
